This brief conversation is an opportunity to learn more about Mamba Physician Care and determine whether the practice may be a good fit for your needs. We’ll discuss the care model, expectations, and next steps. No medical advice is provided, and no physician–patient relationship is established during this visit. We would love to meet face to face, and explain the benefits of joining our concierge primary care office. We will also show you our office, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
